I like this blog post from Guy Kawasaki. Short and sweet as usual, he tells us what makes a product a great one… His logic falls into a DICEE product:
Deep: Has multiple features, can evolve with its users, it’s flexible yet well built.
Indulgent: It screams luxury… “I want it… No, no… I need it!”
