Seattle to Quebec City, 3,059 miles (4,923km)
Most of you know by now that I will be moving back from Seattle to my hometown of Quebec City after two wonderful years in the Seattle area! I will deeply miss the Northwest, the work at Neural Audio and, most importantly, all of the friends I’ve made here, from work and from Kirkland.
So before I leave, a tribute to all of you who made those two years aweome. And if I forget to say bye, find me on Facebook! Bonnie & Chris, Kristine, Garth & Kermit, Laura, Jeff, Trish, & Fernie, Judy, Elie & Chris, Mike, Sara, Julian and the Team at Lucia, all the guys (and girls!!!) at Neural Audio, the team at Tavolata (Eric, Valerie and everyone else), people from The Art of Shaving, Oslo’s on Queen-Anne, Thin Pan in Kirkland (Elvis!!!), Kimberly and her friends, Ray, Sherri, Adrienne & Jenna, the wonderful, amazing and “bestest” team at Juanita Cafe (one of the best Italian place in the Northwest!!!!), the girls (and guys!) at QFC downtown Kirkland that I saw almost everyday!… and so many more I forget! Thanks, so much, with all my heart! I hope you come visit in Quebec, you have a place anytime you want to come!
So it’s done, I am leaving for a crazy new adventure to be announced very shortly. It’s hot, it’s crazy, it’s unheard of, it’s the way I like it… It’s me!
Google Maps of our projected trip. 3,059 miles (=4,923km). We are planning for a 5-day trip through the states of Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illnois and Michigan… then into Ontario and Quebec… to our final destination.
Dad and I will be driving, and hopefully posting pictures as much as we can! So stay tuned!
Oh, and yes, I will be crying as I am pulling from the driveway at Mira Condo one last time on our long journey… But don’t worry, I cry easily!
For all my friends in Quebec, I expect to be back in Quebec around Tuesday or Wednesday of next week (October 28-29). I can’t promise too many parties on the first week, but the first month will rock & roll!!! :)
Cheers to all in Seattle! Be safe, txt me on my new number (+1-418-265-7991), email me, come visit and, most importantly, have a shot for me when y’all meet!
Dakx
